Director Paula Rees takes new position on campus

While Dr. Rees already held the Diversity Programs Director position, it was a half-time assignment and she served as the WRRC Director half time as well.

As of September 2, 2017, Paula is now full time in Engineering and resigned her WRRC position. However, she plans to keep a "toe" in water and will see all of  her WRRC projects to their timely completion. As such, she will not be a stranger at WRRC for the foreseeable future! She also plans to keep working in the interdisciplinary water related fellowship grants (REU, NRT) and broader impacts initiatives, so please keep that in mind if there are opportunities to partner!

We are grateful for Paula's dedicated leadership at the Water Resources Research Center over the past ten years, and we congratulate her on her promotion and wish her all the best in her new position.
